I believe in being proximate and disrupting the narrative. Often times the common narrative includes communities being excluded, marginalized, and exploited. Therefore, I am dedicated to disrupting that particular story by working to ensure those voices are included in policy- and decision-making processes. Through my experience of earning a Master’s of Public Administration and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Community Governance, I have developed the knowledge, skills, and abilities successfully work with organizations and underserved communities to help them improve socially, economically, and politically.
